This picture is of the four Liberian Lutheran leaders of the four churches coming together as one, unified expression of Lutheranism in Liberia after a devastating war. We are involved in this process and offer advice as asked. Once they merge, they will be about 300 congregations and 30,000 members strong. And, they are very evangelistic. It is exciting and humbling to see their work and willingness and missionary spirit.

Presidents/Bishops from the four Lutheran Churches in Liberia: Rev. Samuel Daykeay (Bishop), Rev. Samuel Freeman (President), Rev. Amos Bolay (President), Mr. Navoh (secretary); Rev. Robert Nyuma (President) – all in their Ablaze! hats!
