Enrollment of a child assumes understanding of the following and
indicates agreement to comply.
1.
When making application for enrollment, a $100 fee per child is to be
paid. If we cannot meet the needs of the
student, $70 of this will be refunded.
The balance is retained as a testing and processing fee.
2. Returning students will pay a registration fee (nonrefundable) in the amount of $50 if paid by Friday, June 6th. After June 6th, the fee will be $75. Classes will be filled on a space-available basis after April 23rd and a student not reenrolled by that date will not be guaranteed a place in class. A fee which includes textbook usage, class materials, tumbling and dance, and grade level programs will be combined as follows:
JK & K: $135, Grades 1-3: $145; Grades 4-5: $175, Grade 6: $195; Grades 7-8: $225

For tuition purposes, an active member is

5. Additional school fees must be paid on or before the first school attendance day. Second semester fees are due February 1st.
6. Extended school day care is to be prepaid. Bills are sent monthly to inform you of your charges or credit balance.
7. Failure to keep payments current for tuition, fees, and day care will result in the student being excluded from class until such time as payment is made, or permanently if there is a waiting list for that class. Finance fees of 2% per month will apply with a minimum fee of $1.00. All end-of-year charges for such things as lost textbooks, library fines, etc. must be paid in full or the student will not receive the report card and/or diploma. School records will not be transferred until ALL fees are paid.
8. A $25.00 penalty will be assessed if a check is returned from the bank for any reason. (After May 15th, all payments should be made with cash or money order to receive report cards promptly. Payment by personal check will delay release of the report card until the check has cleared the bank.)
9. Individual situations concerning tuition may require special consideration by the Board of Parish Education. Concerns should be brought to the attention of the Board in writing. This must be submitted via the principal and will be handled in confidence.

This
program is offered to students whose parents need before and/or after school
care for their children. The extended
school day program is offered on regular school days. Programs include study, outside play, and
inside play areas. Snacks and lunches
are provided at an additional charge.
Children are permitted to bring them from home. The extent of the program depends on the
number of registrations for the different time slots.

charges will be kept on deposit at all times.
A statement of your account will be sent home monthly with your
child. If payments are not made by the
end of the month, there will be a late fee.
