Thanks for your prayers about us finding an apartment.  We are still waiting to learn more information. Please continue to pray and we will let you know when we have a new place to live.

May was a very full month. We started with a large training day for Summer camp 2008. Rebecca and Christi, on YL staff in Uppsala, led 19 leaders in preparing for camp.  It was a packed day, starting at 9:30am and going clear till 5pm with games, skits, time in the Word and opportunities to really learn about how to be better leaders before, after and during.

Please pray for our leaders during camp. Especially our newest leader in Vallentuna, Rebeckah.  Through much prayer she has committed to joining us for camp and beginning training to work alongside us in Vallentuna in the fall.  We are so thankful for having her join our leadership team.As I sit down to write this evening I am feeling so many things...

ZTaken at Camp 2007...Camp is an incredible chance to build deeper trust with the teens we are in relationships with and for kids to have a chance to hear the Word of God in a non-threatening environment and ask whatever questions they may have.

 Our Family is Expanding

We have some very special news that we would like to share with you and ask you to pray about.  Keegan and I are having a baby!  I have just finished my first trimester. My midwife anticipates Christmas Eve as our due date.  We are excited for this new stage of life and are eager to see how God will use this precious addition to our family in our ministry here in Sweden.  Already God has used our pregnancy to open doors to deeper conversations with the teenage girls I am working with.  Pray for a healthy pregnancy and especially for my energy level at camp. The last few weeks have been exhausting and I have been quite sick, with lower blood pressure than my normal and feeling faint at times. Pray that the baby and I stay healthy!

Please Pray For:

--Camp, especially for our Vallentuna leaders: Keegan, Becka, Rebeckah and kids: Jonas, Nicolas, Andreas, Isabell, and Emily

--Us to find an affordable 2 bedroom apartment in Vallentuna.

--Praise and thanksgiving for the time we had with Keegan's mom and husband when they came to visit.

--Our pregnancy...for health and energy and for our families as it is especially hard to be so far from them in times like these.

Please let us know how we can pray for you. E-mail requests to: rebecca.younglife(atsymbol)gmail.com
