EASTER BREAKFAST. Remember to stay for the Easter Breakfast that the St. Paul Youth Group is hosting after the 9:00 AM worship service and before the 1:30 AM Spanish worship service. The menu includes: egg casserole, bagels, danish, breads, fruits and more. There will be a Free Will Donation with all proceeds going to help defray the cost of the National Youth Gathering this summer in New Orleans.
SCHOOL FUNDRAISER with Thrivent Financial. Please join us for grilled hot dogs and fellowship after church on Sunday, April 11th. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will donate $1000 to our school if we raise $2000 as a final challenge grant in the Giving Plus program . If you cannot join us and would like to make a donation, please put it in an envelope marked Thrivent Hot Dogs and get it to the church office . Checks should be made payable to St.Paul Lutheran School .
EVERYONE AT ST. PAUL is invited to Deaconess Fieldworker, Janine Bolling's internship placement next Sunday April 11, 2010. There will be a worship service beginning at 2 PM in the Chapel of Our Lord at Concordia and then a reception to follow. Please come and celebrate with Janine as she finds out where she will be serving her internship in the year to come! I would love to see you there.

CARE CORPS/PROVISO PANTRY BATHROOM TISSUE DRIVE coming soon!...The Proviso Pantry, supported by St. Paul Care Corps, continues to provide food for the needy in our area on a weekly basis. An additional need is for bathroom tissue and disposable diapers. Since paper products cannot be secured with food stamps, our annual drive for these products is greatly appreciated. Please bring either bathroom tissue and or diapers (sized 3-4) to St. Paul on April 17-18 or 24-25. Thank you!
CELEBRATION OF HOPE. Enjoy an inspiring evening celebrating Exodus World Service’s ministry of welcome to refugees. Keynote speaker is Fr. Ed Shea, a popular speaker who inspires audiences across the country. You’ll also hear from volunteers and refugees involved in Exodus’ programs. L.W.M.L. SPRING RALLY – Saturday April 17
Hosted by the women of St. Paul (Austin area) in the school hall at 846 N. Menard, Chicago 8:30 a.m. registration and Continental Breakfast.
We will finish about noon.
